I like this piece a lot. I instantly fell in love with it the moment I seen it, the only downside is I didn't get it in a larger size. other than that it was a great addition to the home
Really liked the picture so I ordered the one that is all the same size in 5 pieces. I ended up getting one that was staggered. Looked good, but not what I ordered. I reached out and they were great to deal with and sent my correct order right away. I’ve already ordered 4 more pieces that are coming tomorrow. I’m stoked I found this place!!!!
I really wanted to give this a 5-star review because the finished product looks fantastic. The color is vibrant, it's bright, and once installed it looks exactly how I hoped it would. (I used my own dimmer to dial the brightness back a bit, and it looks even better.)
Unfortunately, my experience getting there wasn't nearly as smooth.
When I opened the box, I found that part of the neon strip had come loose from the acrylic backing (see photos). I'm not sure if the adhesive failed, if it melted during shipping, or if something else happened in transit, but it arrived damaged.
To the company's credit, they responded to my email quickly and offered to have me ship the sign back for repair at their expense. Normally that would have been a fair solution, but I had purchased the sign specifically to install it that weekend for my business, so sending it back wasn't a realistic option.
I asked if there were any alternative solutions, such as working with a local repair shop or simply recommending the proper adhesive so I could repair it myself. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never heard back.
With my installation deadline approaching, I ended up researching adhesives that would safely bond the neon strip to the acrylic backing without damaging either material. I spent additional time and money fixing an issue that, in my opinion, should have been resolved by the manufacturer.
The repair turned out great, and I'm genuinely happy with how the sign looks now. That's what makes this especially disappointing—it really is a beautiful product. If it had arrived intact, or if the follow-up support had been better after my initial email, this easily would have been a 5-star review.
Hopefully this was just a one-off quality control or shipping issue. Whether it needs more adhesive or a different type of adhesive during manufacturing, I hope it's something they can address going forward. Ironically, I probably wouldn't have written a review at all, but I received an automated email asking for one—and it reminded me that I never did get that follow-up about the adhesive.
Overall: great-looking sign, but the product quality on arrival and the incomplete customer support left me disappointed.
**Update:** After posting my original review, the company reached out to apologize and explained that their previous replies had been bouncing back, which is why I never received the follow-up. They provided the repair information I had originally requested and also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciate them making things right, and based on their efforts to resolve the issue, I'm updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Customer service isn't just about avoiding mistakes—it's about how a company responds when something goes wrong, and I think they handled it well in the end.
It was shipped super quick and it was well covered, and the product itself is wonderful, I really reccomended to anyone. And thank you canvas freak for such a cool and awesome product.
My idea turned out better than expected thanks to your art. Now the room gets an art gallery feel which is refreshing. For the acrylic art it is all about the lighting to make it pop. Hope this helps others get ideas.
