Made to look amazing with the lights on or off.Our goal is to transform an industry. Old school glass neon is dope but it’s not safe in homes. Our LED Neon signs are safe to touch and made with insanely high quality, durable LED neon flex on a beautiful acrylic boards with absolute minimal wiring to give you a museum vybe without museum prices.

Here are some details about our product:

• Sizing -Our signs range from 4-6 sizes between 20-80 inches on the longest side. We can custom make much larger sizes upon request!
• Built To Last -LED Neon Flex engineered to last for 10+ Years.
• Easy To Hang -Incredibly easy to hang with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic and screws included. Average hanging time is 10 minutes. If you’re lazy, our signs below 40 inches are usually light enough for you to hang using 3M strips!
• Warranty -1 Year Warranty Guaranteed - On any and all manufacture defects.
• Safe Delivery Guaranteed -If damaged upon shipment we will replace it free of charge!
• Hand Made -Hand-Made by our artists and shipped within 5-7 days from either of our 2 manufacturing centers in the US and Asia. Since every piece is hand made, always expect a very small variance from what you see in our images versus what you receive.

What’s in The Box?

• Nothing but good Vybes. The best purchase you’ve ever made: Your new Neon Vybes sign
• Dimmer -This is programmed to your controller so that you can adjust the brightness and flash modes of your Neon Vybes sign
• Power Supply -Each sign comes with an easy to use power supply. Just plug it in and you’re ready to Vybe. Depending on your shipping address, we’ll send you the correct plug (US, EU, UK, AU)
• Hanging Utilities -Your sign comes pre-drilled, with the necessary screws for you to hang your sign. Installation is EASY and takes on average 10 minutes.
• Cleaning -It’s not much, but we provide a microfiber cloth so you can clean your acrylic board for fingerprints after hanging it.

Outdoor/Indoor:

• The main difference here is that when you choose outdoor, we will weatherproof your sign to the best of our ability. Enough so that it’ll be impervious to rain and snow.
• We send the appropriate power adapter as well depending on the use case.

Board Style:

• Cut To Shape -This means that we cut the acrylic board to follow the shape of the design or lettering on your Neon Vybes sign. This is the most popular option for artistic pieces and text as well
• Whole Board -We simply cut the acrylic board to be square or rectangular so that it can fit your sign perfectly. Customers choose this method when they prefer a more classic look on their Neon Vybes sign.

PROCESSING 

• Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends
• Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  
• If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

• We do not have this option available because we have to hand make every single product. Time constraints simply do not allow for next day delivery.

TRACKING 

• We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed. 
• We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 
• Tracking can also be checked through our Order Status page!
• If your tracking shows that "shipping label is created" but you don't see any updates, please allow 1-2 days for an update. 

LOST PACKAGE? 

• If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can help resolve the matter! Email us at info@canvasfreaks.com
• If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can.

MORE INFORMATION 

• For International Orders please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government. 
• We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!

CUSTOM LED NEON SIGNS:

• All Custom LED Neon sales are FINAL sales. Meaning that we do not accept returns/refunds for them, UNLESS there are defects from our end.
• These products are handmade to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.

It means that we accept any and all returns for any and all reasons within the first 30 days of you having received your Neon Vybes Sign. If you want a replacement instead of a refund, then we got you with that too!
