My Canvas Freak did not arrive on time. However, this was NOT the fault of this fine company but it was due to our infamous United States Postal Service. The absolute worst service ever and then the USPS wonders why they're losing $8 BILLION dollars a year!!! As for my Canvas Freaks work of art, once I finally received it, I opened it and was actually stunned at how beautifully done it truly was. Ruayda was exceptionally helpful in getting my canvas to me since the USPS could have cared less. Canvas Freaks has, by far, the best customer service I have EVER encountered in the business world. The products that Canvas Freaks produces are of high quality materials and backed by top of the line customer service. I ordered the blue line flag not realizing the blue represented police. I called the company and explained that my gift was for a family member that was in the military and that I needed to cancel my order. The customer service agent I spoke with went above and beyond and played around with photo shop and custom made my flag with a green stripe that represented military!
