I had a small dissatisfaction with the placing of the print of my first gift- NO PROBLEM they sent me a new one with my specific request!!
The item I just ordered they accidentally forgot my frame for it- NO PROBLEM!! They are sending an entire new print and frame and responded within one day of my notification!
